Life as a Latino

My life as a latino is kind of hard because I have to remember two languages spanish and english. Also the vocabs are different so its hard to learn them like nouns verbs. Life as a latino is also sad and happy. Its sad because you don’t see your family because there in mexico. And its happy because you make other friends. Back in Mexico there wasn’t much water and supplies. Here there’s lots of stuff. Being latino is sometimes easy to because you can speak english and live knowing what other people are saying. When I was little I didn’t know what anybody was saying. Its hard because you have to learn math reading and writing in english and learn that in spanish.

Life as a Latino can be hard,easy,sad,and happy Im glad I am a latino trust me it has its advantages.

What I learned of paragraph unity

Tony told me that a paragraph unit is when five sentences together. And that in a paragraph you insert periods commas and punctuation.

Sergio’s Letter

Dear Sergio,

5th grade was a hard year. I didn’t do well in math. I didn’t get that much A’s and I was no good in being a goalie . So I decided to make goals for my self this year.

My first goal is to be a better goalie. I can be a better goalie if I practice. To also be a better goalie I got to exercise.

And I have to play harder.

My second goal is to get more A’s. I think if I study harder, and pay attention I can get more A’s. Also If I participate in the class activities.

My last but not least goal is to improve in math. I think I can improve in math by practicing my multiplication division and other math skills. Another way to meet my goal is by doing all my math homework. The most important thing I need to do is to improve math. Is to not miss math classes.

This year is going to be hard but I’ll try to accomplish my goals. I’ll practice and work hard so I don’t give up in one of my goals.
